Jamboree App is intended for use by participants and visitors to the Boy Scouts of America 2013 National Scout Jamboree. It provides up-to-date information on all programs and activities being held at the Jamboree. Participants are able to view their daily schedule of activities. A detailed map of the Jamboree is also provided that will allow users to find their way around the site. This app is “Powered by AT&T”.
The app will track each participant’s current location at the Jamboree. This will be used in cases of emergency and to provide the ability to find your friends and troop members. Be aware that continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
