Place a widget on screen - like a 4x1 - tap it - and select the skin from the popup list - stretch it to the width you want!
Set your personal colours and shortcut actons!
This skin contains multiple widgets (23!), to assemble as you like!:

Turn off hotspots mode in main UCCW app - tap a widget and set your desired shortcuts. After doing thm all, turn hotspots mode on again.
Tested on Nexus 4 with Apex Launcher set to 7x6, with status bar on, dock off or set as overlay, no margins and widget padding off (advanced settings).
